کافئین
یک ادویه بسیار مستعمل در جهان است که معمولا در نوشابه ها ، چای ، قهوه و سودا
مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. تخمین زده شده است که 80% جمعیت جهان
روزانه از محصولات حاوی کافئین مصرف میکنند. یک گیلاس قهوه 240ml حاوی
تقریبا 100mg کافئین است تقریبا دوبرابر یک گیلاس چای یا
یک 12 اونس (360ml) بوتل سودا. یک تکه چاکلیت 30 گرامه حاوی
کافئین نیم یک پیاله چای است. بیشتر از 99% کافئین اخذ شده
